Arlyn’s passion for music began in the 80s, during which time she engrossed herself in a blend of post-punk, synth-pop and new wave. Attending college and coming “of age” in the 90s, Arlyn vacillated between studying, clubbing and DJing while dance music emerged as a respected genre of music. Studying English and Advertising at the University of Florida and thereafter attending law school at Stetson University, Arlyn earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees, providing her with the appropriate foundation to incorporate her creative talent into the business world. Moving to Los Angeles, Arlyn held various jobs in the music, fashion and new media industries before settling back in her home town of Tampa, FL where she currently resides. Arlyn spends 23.5 hours of each day thinking or dreaming about music… the remaining ½ hour is spent utilizing her law degree…which is plenty in her opinion.
